BBT Women Leaders Advocate for Rural Broadband in Washington, D.C.
Last week, nearly 40 women leaders from NTCA member companies, including BBT, traveled to Washington, D.C., to participate in the Women In Telecom Fly-In. This event provided an excellent opportunity to advocate for rural broadband providers and exchange ideas with peers from across the nation.
The program was filled with valuable meetings and discussions, including sessions with FCC Commissioner Anna Gomez, Senator Amy Klobuchar, congressional staff, and representatives from the NTIA and the U.S. Department of Commerce.
BBT proudly recognizes our attendees, Lauren Sanders, Kylie King, and Alex Baeza, for their participation and contributions. To find out more about the NTCA visit ntca.org.
